12. 结尾用语
有诚心诚意的意思,带恭敬而疏离的意味,是比较正式的商业信书用法,不太适用于朋友、同事及相熟的客户。
也适用于正式书信,如果不知道收信人的名字,例如邮件的抬头是Dear Sir/Madam等,结尾可以Yours faithfully作结尾用语。
有诚心、真挚的意思,非正式或正式商业书信都适合,比较百搭,不过要避免使用在较熟悉的朋友之间。
用在书信结尾,有表示友好之意,适用于比较轻鬆的内容,而较正式的商业书信来往就不太适合。
用于商业书信来往,有很客套地表示问候之意,不过外国人可能会觉得Best Wishes像一些贺卡中的常见祝福语。
