查克·诺里斯的个人经历

查克·诺里斯，美国著名武术家，世界著名空手道巨星，同时亦名的武功电影明星，亦曾四次入选“黑带群英殿”，且最早的一次早过宗师李小龙四年，亦即1968年便已荣获“擂台悍将奖”。而且在李小龙的有生之年里，与李小龙合作演出了李小龙最为成功的一部经典功夫巨片《猛龙过江》，尤其是他们在斗兽场中的那场堪称世纪之战的殊死搏击，被人们称为功夫片中徒手搏击的“经典中的经典”。

诺里斯16岁便开始学习空手道，后兼学柔道与跆拳道。出道以来，历经几十场恶战，少有败迹，叱咤空手道界十几年，后成为技艺精湛的、也是美国武坛为数不多的空手道九段高手之一，故而倍受敬重。

1972年应李小龙之请，出演功夫片《猛龙过江》，接着又合作拍摄《死亡游戏》，但片尚未完成时，李小龙便去世，影片延至1979年始得以公映。

他出演的电影以功夫、打斗片为主，主要有《拳王勇破武士刀》、《以眼还眼》、《旧金山大屠杀》、《地狱快车》、《三角洲部队》等。诺里斯主演的剧集《德州巡警》在美国播了8年。美国总统乔治·沃克·布什曾经说过，查克·诺里斯是他最喜欢的演员。

2005年查克·诺里斯因在肥皂剧《德州巡警》中夸张的演出成为风靡一时的网络现。查克·诺里斯除了多次在美国获得传统空手道的冠军头衔外，还精通多种武道，并自创一派Chun Kuk Do。Chun Kuk Do是一种综合格斗体系，翻译为“春谷道”或“万能法”，演变融合了唐手道与跆拳道、巴西柔术、摔跤、泰拳、空手道等多种格斗技。Chun Kuk Do每年春天都在在美国内华达州拉斯维加斯举行世界锦标赛。他还创立了联合武术联盟 (The United Fighting Arts Federation，UFAF）。 李小龙真正认识罗礼士是1967年在纽约密迪逊广场举办的全美空手道大赛上，而非1964年的长堤空手道周年冠军赛上。当时李小龙是作为特邀嘉宾去出席该项赛事的，在比赛当中罗礼士以半分之差险胜另一名将乔·刘易斯后，这位全场总冠军为了以后能继续保住自己的王位，便主动趋前向颇具传奇色彩的李小龙作自我介绍，其后两人又再次在下榻的酒店里来了个不眠不休地通宵论武。

在后来的岁月里，两人曾共同学习、训练了数年，罗礼士全面向李小龙学习截拳道，并以自己所擅长的腿法去协助李小龙完善与改进截拳道的腿法格斗系统。当然，李小龙虽吸收了罗礼士的腿法的一些技术，但并非像人们所说的那样，李小龙在认识罗礼士之前是腿不过腰，因为李小龙早在1964年便已认识了腿法技术胜过罗礼士良多的美国跆拳道之父李峻九，而李峻九亦是李小龙最亲密的挚友之一。
